The Poindexter Family Reunion will be held at the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites, an official hotel of Colonial Williamsburg. The hotel is located in a quiet setting of a wooded area near the Visitor Center. Nestled amongst the trees, the Woodlands Conference Center is a very short walk from the hotel. Floor to ceiling windows provide a relaxing environment for us to meet our cousins and share our family history.

The hotel has special discounted room rates for Poindexter Family Reunion guests

$129.00 per night, plus tax, plus a $10 daily resort fee:   Standard Two Double Beds. Call or indicate if you need an accessible room.
Room Features

Guestrooms feature two double beds, a sleep chair and refrigerator. Room has seating area with table and chairs. Room amenities include complimentary high-speed Internet access, dual data ports, phones, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry valet service.

Before the Reunion, take advantage of the Reunion’s special hotel rates and come to Williamsburg a few days early.   There is so much to do in the area that the only trouble you will have is trying to decide what to see first.   Bring your family and enjoy a vacation together in Virginia. Tickets to Colonial Williamsburg are discounted for hotel guests.
Ticket Info

Tickets are $16 per guest, buy them at the hotel concierge desk and ask about tickets to additional activities, museums and sites in the area.   Your admission ticket is your key to interpreter-guided Colonial Williamsburg historic sites, trades, gardens, staged performances, as well as access to the newly expanded and updated Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg.

Dog Friendly and ADA Accessible
