Reunion Registration

Registration Form Instructions

1. Everyone attending the Poindexter Family Reunion 2023 must register.
2. Payment is required at the time of registration.
3. Review all information on this Reunion web site before completing the Registration Form so you are familiar with what you are registering for.
4. Follow this link to view Registration Form. Save the form to your computer and open it to enter your information with your keyboard, or print it to complete. The form is also available in the April 2023 issue of the PDA Newsletter.

Payment Methods

1. Check or money order:
   • Indicate on the Registration Form that you are paying by check.
   • Write the check to "PDA."
   • Mail both the check and the completed form to the address listed on the form.
2. Credit or debit card:
   • Indicate on the Registration Form that you are paying on-line.
   • Use this link to our Payment page and follow the instructions there.
   • Mail your completed form to the address listed on the form.

Need a Registration Form?

If you are unable to print the Registration Form and do not have a PDA Newsletter with the form, please contact John or email him at reunion@poindexterfamily.org to have one mailed to you.
