Reunion Registration

Registration Form Instructions

1. Everyone attending the Poindexter Family Reunion 2026 must register.
2. Payment is required at the time of registration.  Registration will not be accepted without the PDA receiving both your Registration Form and Fees.
3. Registration deadline: Early Bird Discount postmarked by April 20, non-discounted postmarked by June 15, 2026.  
4. Registration Form.
   • Note: If using the Chrome web browser you can probably view the form and type your information using your keyboard.  Then save to your computer.  If using other browsers, you might be able to type in the browser, or download the form and open using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF application  Edge and Firefox will work, except they don't follow the tab order.  Each browser handles PDFs differently, we can't design the form to overcome the differences).  On a phone or tablet you may find you can't fill out the form on the device.
   • If you can't type in the fields and save the form, print it and fill it out by pen.   The form is also available in the January and April 2026 issues of the PDA Newsletter.  If you are unable to print the Registration Form and do not have a PDA Newsletter with the form, please request to have one mailed to you by email to reunion@poindexterfamily.org.

Payment Methods

1. Check or money order:
   • Indicate on the Registration Form that you are paying by check.
   • Write the check payable to "PDA." 
   • Mail both the check and the completed form to the address listed on the form.
2. Credit or debit card:
   • Indicate on the Registration Form that you are paying via PayPal.
   • Use this link to our Payment page and follow the instructions there.
   • Mail your completed form to the address listed on the form or email it to reunion@poindexterfamily.org.
