The Poindexter Hospitality Room will be in the Kalorana Ballroom East. All events scheduled in the hotel will be in the Poindexter Room, except Wednesday’s Welcoming Mixer. Meet with your cousins, socialize, check in for the Reunion and pick up your name badge.

Transportation for some events is on your own, as indicated below. Participants will be coming from different locations so please arrange your own transportation. DC Metro is the regional subway system, offering a convenient way to navigate the city and avoid traffic. We have some routes on Metro to get you to where you want to visit. You may also choose taxi or ride-share services.

Wednesday, July 29	12:00 - 6:00pm	Reunion Check-In begins. Pick up your reunion packet and name badge.
	4:00 - 5:30pm	Board Meeting (members are invited to sit in).
	5:30 - 7:00pm	Welcome Mixer to connect with your cousins in the Chartwell Grill and Lounge.
	7:45pm	*Ghost Walk to meet local spooks and hear ghost stories. Meet behind the Treasury Building at 15th and F Streets. Transportation to and from the event is on your own. Ridesharing or a taxi is suggested because of limited parking. Preregistration and a fee are required. [ MAP ]

Thursday, July 30	7:00 - 8:30am	Continental Breakfast in the Poindexter Room. Yogurt, croissant or scone, fruit, and juices. Preregistration and a fee are required. Reunion Check-In.* Pick up your reunion packet and name badge in the Poindexter Room.
	9:00am - 4:00pm	Self-Guided Tour of the National Mall. Tour the Mall at your own pace. Lunch and transportation are on your own. Did you sign up for either of the following building tours? 9:00 - 10:00am: DAR Museum. Meet at the museum entrance at 1776 D Street NW. Transportation is on your own. We suggest departing the hotel by 8:15am when using Metro. The trip is approximately 30 minutes by taxi or rideshare. 12:30 - 2:00pm: U.S. Capitol. Hosted by Senator Warnock. Meet at his office in the Hart Senate Office Building, Suite 717, at 12:30pm. We will take the congressional tram as a group to the Capitol. When attending both tours, allow approximately 40 minutes by Metro, 30 minutes by taxi or rideshare, or more than 60 minutes when walking. Consider arranging a rideshare in advance or sharing transportation with another attendee.
	5:30 - 8:30pm	Potomac River Dinner Cruise. Meet at City Cruises , Pier 4, 580 Water Street SW. Boarding begins at 5:30pm, departure is at 6:00pm, and the cruise returns to the dock at 8:30pm. This upscale evening on the Potomac River features a chef-prepared plated meal, craft cocktails, and table service. A cash or credit-card bar is available; Apple Pay is not accepted. No shorts or flip-flops.* Transportation to and from the cruise is on your own. Because of construction and limited parking, taxi or ridesharing is recommended. Friday, July 31	7:00 - 8:30am	Continental Breakfast in the Poindexter Room. Yogurt, croissant or scone, fruit, and juices. Preregistration and a fee are required. Reunion Check-In.* Pick up your reunion packet and name badge in the Poindexter Room.
	8:30am - 12:00pm	Arlington House and Cemetery Tour. Meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30am to check in and board the bus. The bus departs promptly at 9:00am. At the conclusion of the tour, meet the bus at the Arlington Welcome Center for the return trip to the hotel. This is a no-fee event, but preregistration is required.
	12:30 - 2:00pm	Lunch on your own.
	2:00 - 4:30pm	Presentations and Reports in the Poindexter Room. Patriot-focused topics will be announced.
	4:30 - 6:00pm	Social Mixer in the Chartwell Grill and Lounge, hosted by John B. Poindexter. Finger food and a cash bar will be available. Dinner afterward is on your own.

Saturday, August 1	7:00am - 1:45pm	*Mount Vernon Tour. Meet in the hotel lobby at 7:00am to board the bus. The bus departs promptly at 7:30am. At Mount Vernon , we will observe the flag raising and lay a wreath at the tomb of George and Martha Washington. Breakfast sandwiches will be served on the bus. At 12:15pm, pick up a boxed lunch, included with your registration, at the Mount Vernon Pavilion. Lunch will be eaten on the bus during the return trip to the hotel. The bus will depart Mount Vernon no later than 1:00pm. Preregistration and a fee are required.
	3:00 - 4:30pm	Annual Business Meeting of the PDA and Presentation of the Patriots in the Poindexter Family Room.
	6:00pm	Group Photo. Location to be announced.
	6:30 - 9:30pm	Reunion Banquet. The menu is A Taste of Italy, featuring chicken Parmesan, beef macaroni, classic Caesar salad, and tiramisu for dessert. After dinner, we will present our Patriot Ancestors. Preregistration and a fee are required.

Sunday, August 2	11:15am	Worship Service begins at the Washington National Cathedral. Transportation is on your own. Do not bring luggage to the cathedral; leave it with the hotel concierge. Meet at the cathedral, 3101 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington, DC. The cathedral is approximately a 40-minute walk or an 8-minute drive from the hotel. [ MAP ]
Sunday, August 2	12:00pm	Hotel Checkout time at the Churchill.
