Permitted Use

The PDA encourages the use of factual genealogical information for personal family history and genealogical research. Small portions of PDA content may be quoted or cited for non-commercial purposes when proper credit is given to the Poindexter Descendants Association together with the source URL: www.poindexterfamily.org.

Commercial publication, resale, or redistribution of PDA-owned materials is not permitted without prior written permission. Cost recovery (such as printing or postage) when sharing family research with relatives is acceptable.
