The hotel is located in the city's downtown and convention area, walking distance (around the corner) from the FamilySearch Library.

The hotel has special discounted room rates for Poindexter Family Reunion guests

Make yourself at home in one of the 150 air-conditioned rooms featuring refrigerators and microwaves.  Your room comes with a pillow top bed.  Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment.  Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers.  Rooms include free WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, complimentary in-room coffee and tea, cable TV.  Breakfast is not included, you can buy some cold ltems, such as sweet rolls or yogurt from the Bistro.

Our conference rates are good from Tuesday check-in to Sunday checkout.  Rooms starting at $105.00 per night, plus state and local taxes. Rates are available until July 26, 2025.

Room types:

• Standard Room has 312 square feet
• Deluxe Room has 364 square feet

Nightly rates:   

• Standard Room: $105.00 for single/double occupancy, $112 for triple/quad occupancy.
• Deluxe Room: $115.00 for single/double occupancy, $122 for triple/quad occupancy.

• Notice:
  • After the cut-off date, reservations will accepted on a space available basis only at regular rack rates.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or 1st night's deposit.  Individuals must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to first day of arrival to avoid one nights room charge.
  • Parking $10.00 per day.(Subject To Change.) 
  • Rollaway Fee $10.00 per day.
